Bringing Healthcare Closer to Communities

Access to healthcare remains a major challenge for many rural and underserved communities where medical facilities, diagnostic services, and professional healthcare support are limited. In response to this growing need, Kulsum Healthcare Foundation, in collaboration with Kulsum International Hospital, organized a free medical health camp in Rihana Village, Haripur, to provide essential healthcare services directly to the local community.

The initiative aimed to ensure that individuals and families who are unable to access proper healthcare facilities receive timely medical attention, health screenings, and professional consultation without financial burden.

From the early hours of the morning, the camp welcomed hundreds of patients seeking medical assistance. Qualified healthcare professionals, doctors, and support staff worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure every patient was treated with care, respect, and compassion.

More than 1,000 individuals benefited from free medical consultations during the camp. Patients underwent detailed examinations, received medical advice, and were guided regarding preventive healthcare measures and long-term wellness.

In addition to consultations, basic health screenings such as blood pressure and blood sugar testing were conducted to help identify underlying health conditions at an early stage. Early diagnosis and preventive care play a vital role in reducing future health complications, especially in communities with limited healthcare access.

To further support the community, essential medicines were distributed free of cost to patients requiring immediate treatment. Individuals identified with serious or chronic health conditions were referred for specialized medical care and follow-up support to ensure continuity of treatment.

Strict infection prevention and patient safety measures were maintained throughout the camp, reflecting the Foundation’s commitment to delivering safe, high-quality healthcare services.
