Prof. Dr. Iqbal Saifullah Khan is a distinguished cardiologist and healthcare leader whose work is guided by a lifelong commitment to compassion, dignity, and service. After building an accomplished medical career internationally, he returned to Pakistan with a vision to strengthen access to quality healthcare for communities in need.

Kulsum Healthcare Foundation was established to carry forward the dream of his beloved mother, Madam Kulsum Saifullah Khan: to serve humanity through accessible, affordable, and compassionate healthcare. Under his leadership, KHF continues to advance this mission by supporting initiatives that improve lives, empower communities, and build a healthier future for Pakistan.
